Thank you for purchasing garden tools pro. We promise to provide quality warranty service in accordance with the following terms to protect your legitimate rights and interests.

Warranty Coverage & Period

Warranty Period

Covered Products

  • All new and genuine garden tools, including but not limited to pruning shears, shovels, rakes, electric pruners, lawnmowers, garden gloves, seedling pots, etc.
  • Excludes consumable items such as batteries and blades

Warranty Coverage

  • During the warranty period, if the product fails to function normally due to material or manufacturing defects, we will provide free repair, replacement of parts, or product return/exchange (determined by the severity of the fault).

Non-Warranty Cases

The following situations are not covered by the warranty. Free warranty service will not be provided, but paid repair services are available upon request:

  • Human-induced damage: Including but not limited to improper use (e.g., exceeding rated load, incorrect operation), collision, dropping, extrusion, unauthorized disassembly or modification of the product.
  • Natural wear and tear: Consumable wear and tear during normal use (e.g., blade dulling of hand tools, natural battery capacity degradation of power tools), or exhaustion of consumables.
  • External factors: Malfunctions caused by natural disasters (e.g., floods, earthquakes, lightning strikes), environmental factors (e.g., corrosion by strong acids/alkalis, high-temperature exposure), or unstable voltage, which are not product quality issues.
  • Lack of valid proof: Failure to provide purchase evidence such as order information, logistics delivery records, or product serial number (if applicable), or mismatched information between the proof and the product.
  • Non-genuine products: Counterfeit, refurbished, or parallel-imported products purchased through non-official authorized channels.

Warranty Claim Process

Fault Reporting

  • If product malfunction occurs within the warranty period, contact us via:
  • Provide product model, purchase date, fault description, and supporting documents (order screenshot, fault photos/videos).

Fault Verification

  • Our customer service team will respond within [2-3 business days] to verify the fault. If further inspection is required, we will inform you of the return address and precautions.

Resolution Plan
