Shipping Process
Your order will be transferred to the international transit center by our logistics partners Yuntong or Yunwen.
Subsequently, domestic shipping within the United States will be handled by trusted shipping carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and USPS.

Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. This allows you to monitor the current delivery status online at any time.
Undeliverable Shipments
If delivery fails due to incorrect address information or other reasons, the package will be returned. In such cases, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Any additional costs will be borne by the customer.
